Pathetic experience, they don't have basic courtesy to inform their customers that rooms are not available with them. No action on refund yet.

Third class hotel. Very bad experience. No housekeeping staff in the hotel, no room service, no wifi, no tv, lift also very durty, very poor experience

But i paid extra 300- as make my trip offered this room for low cost. Hotel staff not allowed us to stay without paying the extra amount.

The bad experience is i had to pay extra inr even after having valid booking and for checkin i paid from my pocket.

Rooms are little dirty.

Only one person staff, phone was not working, ac was not working, tv was not working

Okay. Where is the 273 rupees which was to be credited to my wallet against cancellation of breakfast for the hotel in shirdi. Not yet reflecting in my account.

The stay was terrible. The property is far from the main city and the address is almost impossible to find. There were bugs on the bed and the entire hotel was extremely unclean. They promised all three meals but the quality was terrible and the lunch was never provided. Overall it is a pathetic property and The person at the reception was nice on the check out day and called auto for me and behaved nicely but I have to mention the reality of the Hotel here. Overall a terrible stay.

Nice room, for cleaning maintenance

Hotel is good but away from temple. No conveyance available. Near by no food hotels, difficult find the location.

It is such a wonderful hotel. Service was very good. Friendly nature of staff helped us to stay well.

This hotel is no more associated with OYO as per the receptionist. I booked this hotel for the amount for two nights from MMTP and after I reach the hotel at 5 am, they asked me to pay extraday to get the room. It was very disappointing experience.

I visited Shirdi in August. I stayed in this hotel. It was a great experience, awesome hotel. It is about 1 km from the railway station. Rooms are big, neat and clean. All staffs are so professional and kind. Thank you, MMT.

Excellent experience to Classio suits and awesome hotel. First time in my life too good, the room is very big and neat and clean. Staff behavior is too good and the location is very good nearby Sai Nagar Railway Station and near Sai Baba temple. Overall, value for money. I recommend to my friends and family.
