Worst experience lot of insect and bites and very unhygienic

Pros : location,room,cleanliness Cons: no hot water only lukewarm.limited compliment water bottles Best for family, great staff.

Room size is good enough for family to stay. However, water is leaking from AC inside the room, floors are cleaned properly, wash room do not have exhaust fan. On the other hand, starting from manager to security is asking for tips, tips, tips....

Location is not Good. Food Amenities and Services are OK - Rated as 3 Out of 5. Cleaniness is OK. Reception is better.

Tmr residency is located in prime spot on the outskirts where access to all places of city can be quick. Pros : 1. Rooms ia large and spacious for even 4 (2+2) 2. The breakfast is south indian and very good. (coffee and tea is average) 3. Ample parking 4. Locality is very very good to access important sites in and around city consider: 1. Service is very poor especially the room service. Room service explicitly asked for money for food served but during checkout it was the case you need to pay again but the receptionist understood the problem and helped us 2. Beds were not clean which after requesting they have changed it which was better. The same needs to be done everyday the service needs to improve but otherwise it was good stay

Accommodation is very good, clean, neat, prompt service delicious complementary breakfast, good amenities like Wi-Fi, hot water.

We stayed almost 3 night because we did not do much research. Hotel is average room is sufficient for couple and kid but that's it. Kitle was not there no complementary tea and coffee dips kept no refilling of soaps and shampoo after giving for cleaning. Restorent was there but most for nonveg persons. Staff is not that much co operative we asked tovel. Food options in the specific area is very very less. Tv was there but no channel. We ask for wifi many times but they did not help much. Even after 13 years i feel same they treat like you are not tamil known person.

Property location, ample parking space and good food. But having issues in room like cleanliness, no towels, no welcome kit, no hangers in bedroom & bathroom, not getting hot water in bathroom. So overall below average stay.

Starting from the front office to room service all are bad after booking the suite room i requested for a towel & i got after 2 hrs as it went off laundry food order at restaurant taken 1 hrs & very bad food quality.

Pros: ample parking space, normal food varities in veg, complementary breakfast, good service. Cons: they said driver room is available, but its not a room but a open shed. No pillow, bedsheet. Heater doesnt work properly. Room service persons asks money for everything.

Rooms were well maintained. Breakfast was good. Room service was good. Ample car parking area. As a whole it was a pleasant stay with family.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Very decent communication at the reception and security person who helped with car parking is sincere at the work and kindful. Food in the restaurant at the ground floor is yummy and comfortable tummy

Our stay was for three nights, and the stay was good. Clean and hygiene room. Food and snacks were good. Ample parking space. 1. Intercom did not work in our room. 2. Toothpaste was not provided(not a problem for us as we carried our own)

Intercom phone broken. No towels. No toiletries. No toilet seat on the toilet. No wifi connected to the smart tv. Ive stayed in the same room a year ago and things were much better back then.

Stayed one night, room is clean and service is good. Washroom need to be maintain little bit more and parking area is large. Breakfast very less quantity.
