It would be better if you could buy some money to stay for more time than the allotted time.

very old hotel at Trichy, but rooms are renovated . Washrooms and rooms are made as new. In front of bus stand and public transport available just out of hotel. we could go to temples and other places using public transport cheaply. The front desk was very helpful and could guide.lot of veg restaurants are nearby. no restaurant available in hotel. still renovation works are going, but only during daytime. i recommend this hotel

Services are good. They are maintaining cleanliness and Hotel is in the chatram busstand. I will recommend to stay here..

As per the property is concerned it needs renovation. But the service Staff courtesy was good they were really helpful and guidance was excellent. To be very frank I was along with my wife who physical handicapped who could walk the hotel Staff really helpful to take he from the parking area to the room

Hotel was at perfect location, just near where bus drops you. From here easily can get City bus for Sri ranganath swamy temple, Rockfort temple is at walking distance and good restaurants are near by. Ideal for budget travellers

it's complete disaster no proper response & rooms very shabby with worst amenities moreover landline not working

there is no ventilation, as we have taken non ac, need some air inflow and there is no option for it, they have provided a choice of small room by saying hot water is available and for fhe room we booked they said geyser not working

Bathroom is not clean very smell and other wise ok no problem but cost is very high room floor is not clean very dust

Horrible location, very noisy and unable to sleep at night due to constant honking of horn by buses as the hotel is close to central bus stand. Unresponsive and poor room service. Food quality mediocre and room ambience poor. Housekeeping non-existent. Overall a terrible stay and avoidable hotel.

Located right beside the road and a very old hotel. Too much of noise inside the room and the ac also makes a huge noise, i couldn’t sleep at all the entire night. For the price, very poor service.

I stayed for 4 nights. Pros: superior double room is good for 2 adults and 2 kids with extra bed. Bathroom is clean. No cockroach or rats, which is good. A/c and tv was in good working condition. Lift is available, but needs attention. Hotel is well located. Cons: lift creates jerk in motion and creates abnormal sound. Extra bed was torn on the sides, but is in usable condition. No food facility in hotel, but lots of options nearby. Room service is only meant for housekeeping related activities. I expected tea/coffee service in the mornings and it’s not available. Room service was very slow for bedsheet replacements, could have been faster. Room service personnel were not professionally trained, so don’t expect basic courtesies. No newspaper provided to room. Only 1 dental kit grooming kit were provided even though we were 4 people. No towels were provided, luckily we brought own towels. Water bottle provided on 1st day only and not daily. Overall the location gets you most of the things outside the hotel which offsets the missing items. So expect only good room and make your own arrangements for everything else.

I had booked for my parents, the lift did not work and they had to climb stairs for 3 rd floor. the only plus is the location for the bus transport.

lift not working got room in 4th floor room services costly. All doors opening and closing problems.

Poor service maintenance and poor customer service

I have been staying in this hotel from 2005 onwards. But this time it was a terrible experience in terms of cleanliness, flush in toilet didn't work, extra bed was with stains, their intercom and landlines not working, no bucket in bathroom, no telephone number available to contact reception. Altogether it was a very very very bad experience and there was no interest of staff to provide good hospitality to guest. Moreover the room service staff found having weird looks with our family members and highly recommended not to stay here with your family.
