service quality needs to be improved. When electricity goes nobody turns on the generator and food quality was also not good

worst experience even lots of insects in room we almost spend an 1 hour without electricity as due to rain power supply effected and they don't have any backup slow service , room service effected during afternoon and after 9 they don't serve food. Overall decent stay but maintenance of rooms can be improved. Location is good, just in front of lake.

Totally fraud resort..i have reached at wrong destination sector 4 residential spot as followed this destination by google map which is sent by property owner,while Tikkar tal was 50 km far away from given destination.I reached there around 09:00pm. On seing this mismanagement i got tensed and hopeless ..next day (today) will be my exam so it was impossible to go there in forest at night,then.I contacted tikkar tal manager.he replied that he can arrange a room in Red Bishop hotel at sector 1 Panchkula but you have to pay more at hotel reception.’,because no room available for booked price category and room only available at that time,i agreed to pay this amount in haste and immergent situation . I checkout in Red Bishop at 09:30 pm . So overall experience is very bad for me . On the behalf of make my trip booking..this fraud management will sure hampered the company repo. SO I request you to take appropriate action in this regard and refund my extra money that i have paid due to this mismanagement.Thanking you.

Great stay and food was too good

Tikkar Taal Lake resort which is run by Haryana tourism. The room service is not up to the mark but the food was amazing, the location of the resort is awesome. I would like to go again and explore the herbal forest this time.
