I stayed here for a day with my family..overall my experience was quite good..the staff here is very polite.. ..but one thing which I did not like was that the rooms were not properly neat and clean..and there was a smell coming from the rooms.. can be improved..the food here is quite tasty. And restaurant staff service top notch ... Food for above expectations. Everything was made with perfection. Staff is very humble , helpful and accommodating.

The property was in pathetic condition, rooms are not maintained properly, firstly in the room allocated ac was not working, tv was not working, then they changed the room. To our surprise, in mid night we saw a bat hovering over our head. I was with 2 small kids. The property owner was not reachable. Person sitting at desk was of no use. He had no answers just keep saying, its your choice if you want to stay or leave and talk to MMT only. We were forced to checkout at 1.30 am in night. There were hell number of mosquitos in property, lizards all over in room. It was feeling like a jungle. At this high price, dont expect all this. Moreover, highly unsafe for families. You cannt imagine how we felt driving back at such odd time and we went there for my son’s birthday celebration, that too was not arranged by them inspite mentioning as special request.

Wonderful property and very helpful and professional staff. Rooms were aesthetic and nice. My one year old son also enjoyed the stay. Special thanks to Mr. Kapil Bhati from front desk for taking special care of us specially my son’s food. Also, special thanks to Miss Neeraj from restaurant who again took very good care of us and specially of my son. Thanks in to Mr. Shyam Singh and Golu also. Again thank you to the entire staff and management of Themis mudhouse who made our stay and my son’s first bday so special

the rooms were good, the food was great, pool was clean and there are a lot of activities available.

The property is a good one, but it isn’t value for money and not well maintained. Drainage has to be better and grass needs to be cut better.

We stayed at Themis Mud House, Sampla in their Mud Suite and had a very mixed experience. 🌟 Pros: Helpful Staff: The hospitality was definitely the highlight. The staff was polite, accommodating, and genuinely tried to make our stay comfortable. Good Food: The food served was delicious and well-prepared. We especially appreciated the quality and taste. Special Request Fulfilled: I had requested room decoration for my wife’s birthday, and the team did a great job with that. It made the occasion memorable. ⚠️ Cons: Poor Property Maintenance: Unfortunately, the overall upkeep of the property is lacking. The shower was not functioning properly and was in bad condition. The bathtub was in a similar, neglected state. Cleanliness Issues: We were shocked to find a rat in the room – definitely not something you'd expect or tolerate at this price point. Flooding: It rained during our stay, and the property was completely flooded. We couldn’t park our car and had difficulty walking around the premises. The waterlogging significantly affected our ability to enjoy any amenities. Lack of Basic Functionality: The infrastructure doesn't seem equipped to handle weather changes, and that seriously impacted our comfort and safety. Overall Experience: While the staff and food were commendable, the condition of the Mud Suite and the flooding issue made the stay far from ideal. It had potential, but poor maintenance and infrastructure dampened the experience – quite literally. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as this place could be great with proper attention and upkeep.

During the checkout , they were telling stories so that people leave early . Not worth that much money . Food was nice.

It’s just a hidden Gem near Delhi NCR. We totally amazed to see the property, very kind staff, the food, pool live singing along with party, outdoor activities etc. It is very peaceful and dynamic at the same time. eagerly waiting for the next visit. Thank you so much the team of Themis Mudhouse for making it more memorable stay.

Food was very delicious. Rooms were clean, ambiance was also very nice. Staff was humble and very cooperative. Cleanliness is required in sports zone. Overall experience was good.

It is highly overrated!. Not a value for money place. Rooms need to be more clean and maintained considering the amount they charge from the customer. Food quality is moderate not awesome. Activities they provide can be rated as good but still overrated. NOT Recommended place to visit

mind blowing, amazing, beyond imagination. specially swimming pool reminded me of goa Ab tak jha bhi stay kiya, sabse accha stay themis mud house ka tha.

Property location was not that good.Food was ok and amenities and services were also average.

Food is delicious with Desi test,sply chatni, Served with love, Amenities is nice but in rainy season Small insects during night creating some issue that will be endorse All staff is very cordial and helping in nature some of them we can mention Mr. Kapil, Virendra and chanchal and others
