the room and bathroom were very clean. we had ac room. the file not thing is there is no service i.e. tea coffe etc

as per the google reviews we have choosed this residency.. we are very happy for their services.. the manager of the residency i dont know his name, we got a chance to talk to him regarding some services. he was very polite and helpful. and the house keeping staffs are very cooperative.. we will choose this next time also.. 👍🏻

I stayed here one day with my family. The location and amenities are very good. The staff's behavior is so kind and sincere. Budget friendly restaurants are available nearby.

I had hooked it for just one night ; and i would say it was really comfortable. They never bother you and even rooms and toilets were so clean.

I booked 2 rooms here (19 Feb 2024- 20th Feb 2024), one was a Double Deluxe room and the other was a single deluxe room (that’s how it’s showed if I’m not wrong). The rooms were great, exceeded my expectations from the price point of view & as well as the place where it’s located. I had a very pleasant & comfortable stay. Neat & spacious room with all basic amenities. I was told that the hotel is almost a year old but it definitely didn’t seem that way. It was super hygienic and absolutely well maintained. Would surely opt to stay here if I happen to visit this place again. Highly recommended. Hope they keep this up.☺️

Cheap and good. I stayed here for 3 nights. The room is very spacious and neat. The toilet is also clean and tidy. The staff's behaviour is so good. I always prefer this hotel for my next visit to cheruvathur nileshwar.
