Excellent Stay
I had gone to Ranchi with my daughter for her PG Entrance Examination. Stay was very comfortable/homely /hygienic. Got most happy with the Room Services...Kudos to the team. Keep it up... My stay in The Urban Confirt Guest House was nice. They provide a homely food and the service is good. The staffs were very nice and helpful. I was a solo travel. It was very safe for me.

Excellent Stay
The location is good with a lot of greenery outside. The staff is very responsible and helpful. You may customise your food as per your liking and it gives you a flavour of home cooked food! the rooms and living room are super clean, tidy and maintained as well as fully ventilated. This is a homestay kind of place and is worth the money.

coupleMy stay at the urban comfort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The breakfast/lunch/dinner was delicious as home. Thanks to the cooks behinds. The location was perfect, and the service was always. I especially appreciated the 24-hour room service, and complimentary. I will definitely be back again and again. Thanks!

This property was found by chance. Very clean, safe, comfortable. I had a good stay for 2 nights. Their breakfast is also good. Tea was the best. Easy to locate the place, nice staff, good amenities

Terrible Stay
This place doesn't deserve to be called as a hotel. If you are traveling with your families. Stay far away. On top of this, the mattresses were hard as rocks which will definitely give you back aches. Everything in the room smells like cigarettes.

Sir thank you for your valuable feedback. 1.As per my knowledge I hv checked that in ur staying u haven't opt the food of my guest house and also u hv nt taken the complimentary breakfast. 2.Regarding smell of cigrette it is completely wrong 3.out of 300 customer ur are 1st one who is saying about our mattress is not good but as per my concern my guest house mattress is best in class.i can prove it medically. 4.my guest house location comes under one of the poshest area of the ranchi town and its more peaceful and safest area.
