The property is nice, good staff. But if they could improve on cleanliness would make this property even better. The room I was allotted had stinky bedsheets, and the room had a foul odour. If this was improved and taken care of, it is a great property in the budget. I am not sure if the room I was given only had that small or it was for all the rooms

The hotel enjoys a very convenient location on a broad road, making cabs and parking easily accessible. The check-in process is smooth and accommodating, even if you arrive a couple of hours before the standard time. The lady at the reception is especially hospitable, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the stay.

Service is very slow .. intercom is not working .. receptionist don’t answer the calls .. not the first time I stayed there but it’s third time else hotel is clean nice place to stay there .. do doubt

The property actual name is THE ACCORD..but still they are registered with MMT and OYO with the name of "Super Townhouse Ranchi Near Railway Station(It took me 30 minutes to identify the hotel)...The staff is least bothered with your concerns..The rooms were uncleaned with smell all around- for basic room which is ofcourse way too high as per the standards of the room..PLEASE AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL as you have better options near Ranchi station

The property was clean and hygenic with proper facilities and comfortable environment. The staff was also very hospitable and attentive to the needs of the guests. The Hotel provides a vast and delightful menu and the food ia really good and almost homelike. The stay feel more like home its self. The experience was really good.

The service was pathetic, and unhygienic. There were unscrupulous people occupany with unhealthy environment. Not at all recommended for family stay. Lot of illegal things going around. They intimated at the time of booking a 15% extra charge for early check in however upon arrival they charged 30% more.

Accommodation provided by hotel is very poor bed sheet and pillows are used even smoking smells all around the room seems it’s used by someone’s recently complimentary breakfast vegetarian is not available at hotel no restaurant was there. I’ll not suggest anyone to stay here

Very poor management and everything. Not at all responsible for anything. Does not even follow instructions well. First visit to ranchi and extremely upset to check in this hotel. Very fake on reviews.

Most of the items in the menu were unavailable. Parking for the 4 wheeler was not available. Location is not good, but this is due to the ongoing construction works.

The hotel is nearby the railway station. But, construction work is going on through out the road beside the hotel and it is very difficult to avail any mode of transport like cab/auto/e-rickshaw from that road. Also, i had a booking for 4 nights. But on the 3rd day of my stay in ranchi, i faced problem for shortage of water. As we came to hotel to freshen up after sightseeing, there was no water in the washrooms. We had to check out and shift to another hotel for that problem
