the resort is picturesque although still under construction. the rooms are spacious and well maintained . the staff are especially courteous and cooperative. they deserve all the praise.

comfortable stay
The rooms were clean. Food was great. The staff were very cooperative. We could not enjoy the swimming pool as it was raining but it was clean and well maintained.We had a comfortable stay.

Terrible Stay
The Amenities mentioned in the bookings were not there, no hair dryer, balcony etc nothing was available with the premium suite of the resort. The complimentary breakfast was also terrible, they don't even provide bath towels at pool side. Overall it doesn't worth going n staying.

As far as the amenities are concerned, all the facilities we provided on-site are available in the room and are actually more than what is mentioned. Balconies are available on all floors, which might have been misunderstood along with the room details. Sir, I didn't understand what was wrong with the breakfast, and regarding the towel facility, it is available at the pool along with free costumes. Room was not as shown on portal. Totally different room was alloted. Air conditioner was not working, Room was burning hot.

Comfortable family stay within your budget.
Stay was comfortable and staff were very cooperative. Hotel should work on improving quality of food. Although it was good but could have been better.

Very bad experience
No room service, they disconnect the call or either send the attendant after an hour, during checkout they made me wait for half an hour to get my luggage to the car. Food is not so good, breakfast was pathetic, hardly any option only few items. Rooms are also very average. Since we had to attend a family function, we booked in this hotel else would not recommend

it was a wonderful stay, very good, excellent property, very tasty and value for money food.Enjoyed with family at the pool. everything was well arranged. maintainance of the facilities by staffs could have been better. the owner has given everything at the hotel but managers was not there.

Excellent infrastructure but need matching services and maintenance.
Resort has good space, swimming pool, lawn, etc. However, need matching services and maintenance. Slightly remote location has its own charm. At the same time connectivity to the main town is concern and hotel don't have their transport facility. Overall a above average stay.

Very bad hotel in all over ranchi
"i had a terrible experience at this resort. The staff was rude and unhelpful" for eg we have done bookingand we have got discount from that's the reason they have charges unusually for anything.
