Terrible Stay
Very bad experience the staff was rude tge room photos in description and actual do not match. The mattress was very bad.

Its a good hotel to stay middle city in ranchi
Hotel management is very good as well as house keeping management food management and cleat bath room. It is suitable to stay in every season at ranchi.

Good experience
It was my first visit to ranchi and i found good hotel. Staff was really good.

Staff not very friendly
businessA very small confrontation that happened regarding the items that will be provided during the stay was mineral water bottle. I showed him that it’s mentioned in my voucher still hotel charged me for it and in a very rude way he said you can speak. We don nor provide water and straight away declined the list mentioned in the voucher.

They should work on the cleanliness of the linen. No soaps, comb or anything.
