quality hotel to stay but still much to scope for improvement in area of cleaning, room wall etc

The price is too high for the facilities provided. Room is not clean. Very limited options for breakfast. Toiletteries are of low quality too.

According to the price charged by the property, it was not up to the mark. Other hotels available in this town is better than this, and also providing good services

The housekeeping department was the worst, failed to provide an extra blanket.there was no proper display of breakfast, only few items shared by the waiter and despite that wrong food it was given ... at night they failed to give water at 10pm

Very unprofessional behaviour. Room intercom is not working. The toiletries essentials are not in the washroom like saving kit, dental kit, comb etc. TV is not working, dirty carpets. Very few items in breakfast. Room service charges additional 10% over their too much costly menu rate. I have paid for one day for this terrible services. Overall I can say very poor and worsed experience with this Hotel. This is not eligible for One Crown and the property name is Tripple Crown.

This hotel is the best in bettiah. I am writing this because i have stayed in almost all the hotels in this town. Just the only issue if you are booking. Rooms will be allotted with some minor and negligible defects. Food will be spicy. Spicy in sense too much of masala and quickly cooked. If you have it immediately it's good. Not many options in the breakfast buffet. There should be at least fruits eggs and sweets. Overall good as it was my 2nd time staying.

There was a bad experience staying in this hotel, no rules, staff behaviour is not good, breakfast is worst, nothing is in bathroom only soap, sleeper was missing, only 1 towel in 2 person, tv not working.

Overall very comfortable stay, rooms are also neat and clean and spacious. All hotel staff members are also very friendly and welcoming

Very bad rooms smelling like a rat house, feeling vomiting at all the time. Also in breakfast they only give paratha and chaai, not giving juice and fruits.

Hotel being on 3rd floor, felt isolated and lonely;

Easy booking user friendly mmt application. Triple crown reception check in was hassle free as well as check out. Service was good staff was also co-operative. Overall i had a comfortable stay. Next time i will also prefer mmt and share my experience to others. Thanks to mmt.

Tv is not working, many time i informed them but, no one resolve yet.

Make my trip, but not a good hotel. But the restaurant is good. Restaurant service is good. Need to improve hotel interiors and reception counter.

Stay was nice. The property is at a nice location and has good ambiance inside. The restaurant and room service is up to the mark. The only problem that came up was at the time of checking out. There was unnecessary delay by the hotel over payment inspite of this being a prepaid stay. They asked for extra amount over the one which was already paid for booking and asked me to clarify with mmt instead of doing it themselves. So, overall it was a pleasant stay but the reception staff need to be a bit more empathetic towards the guests and should not bother them unnecessarily.

Linen was clean. Initially while checking in, staff was consumed and allotted a lower category room but issue was later sorted out. Service is prompt. Rooms are great. Enjoyed the stay. The property is on main road with enough parking space
