Everything was good when we checked into the hotel. Though the hotel was entirely vacant, we were told that we have to check out strictly at 10am. We checked into the hotel at 9pm. They didn't even upgrade our rooms. Anyways, none of the hotels are entitled to follow this. So, no problem with this. We ordered pure Jain food which they cooked for us. And I am really thankful to them for this. The property looks beautiful with a huge pool and play area for the kid. However, the next day when we got up in the morning, there was no one to serve us. I called reception, and no one answered. I called the restaurant and again no one answered. Then I myself went to the reception to check and to my surprise and first time ever in my life I saw that there was literally no one in the hotel and the reception was closed, the restaurant was closed. It was 8am in the morning. Then I called the security room and he informed me that the staff will come after 9am. This is very strange because most of the hotels provide buffet breakfast in the morning. My elderly parents needed tea and my little kid also wanted something to eat. But, there was no one there to serve us like literally no one. So, I called the general manager, and told him the situation and after 30 minutes We got our tea and then we checked out. Also, the keys to the room were non-functional when we checked in. We have booked two rooms and none of the keys were working properly. My parents got locked twice in the room. So, basically the location is good, the property is good but they are under staffed and their management skill is very poor. Even one of the bathrooms didn't have the toilet roll. Not satisfied with the service provided by the hotel staff.
