Great Stay.....Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel on line, i called the hotel, hotel informed me the hotel is situated only 6 k. M. From jyotir ling, where it is 60 k. M away. The hotel provided me wrong information, i called them so many times, after that booked this hotel. I did not stay in this hotel because it was far from jyotir ling. My booking amount was not returned.

Rooms are neat and clean. Easy check in process. Restaurant available on the ground floor, serves only veg food. Parking space available for vehicle.

No complementary breakfast not even tea, no much maintenance, no kettle, toiletry, tea packs given in room, except room no other facilities are there.

It's a very average hotel on pune-nashik highway. Location is good. Staff are courteous. Restaurant food is excellent, highly recommended. Major disadvantage is hot water availability only from 6am to 10am. This information is not provided. We had to pursue really hard with hotel staff two buckets of water in the night. They outright rejected our request for a bucket water early hours of morning. We had to take cold water bath at 4am in view of travel to bhimashankar in the morning.
