The staff wasn’t really helpful and the service provided by the staff was horrible we had a issue with our washroom no one came to resolve that issue also by mistake we booked a non - ac room we asked them switch it to ac room we are ready to pay additional charges for the same he took the additional charges and started to refuse and asked for more charges I would rate the hotel 1

Shabby hotel. From entry itself it looked dirty. Rooms were okay, min required hygiene. I was tired and late so no option other than to stick with this booking.

It was a worst stay

The experience of my stay was terrible. The room was not as expected, it was very small and not clean when I entered the hotel. The staff was good. The washroom was also very dirty. The cleanliness of the hotel is very dirty. I am really not satisfied with the stay according to the amount they charged for my stay at this hotel.

A good stay with some improvements required

The location was on the highway. It was on the way if someone comes from Aurangabad. The food was good with good quality and variety. The staff was good. The facilities were good. The room was good and clean but the washroom was not clean. It had worms in it. Elevator was not there in the hotel. And it was difficult for my mother who is aged to climb up the stairs.
