Review Of The Shivoy Residency

Pathetic, very unhygienic and terrible staff even the washrooms and basins were so dirty all the sticky things over them

We stayed there as a family. They initially offered an room without attached bathroom even though we booked an deluxe room. The hotel reception itself was poorly maintained and there was not even a chair to sit there. Later they shifted a guest already staying in the room to give us accomodation. Even without cleaning the room, they provided the room to us. There is no provision for clean water too. There is no washbasin in the washroom. The washroom was also unclean. The ac was also not working. At last we had to change our stay to a nearby hotel at midnight. Such an horrible experience

It was a bad experience all in all. I was made to change the room 2 times which was terrible. First room had no ac and attached bathroom second room had no flush working. For switching i had to pay extra.

Experience was good, i travel-led with my family and really the staffs were very cooperative also the location was good.

Ok. Basement room

The hotel is not at all what it shows in photos. To name a few major misses. 1. There is no basin in the toilet, 2. There is not window in the room, 3. There are no tables in the room, 4. There is no water or water heater etc. 5. There is a big dump yard next to the hotel, 6. There is no parking facility

No facility in the hotel like fan basin table cloth hanger room service and also hotel has not gstn that is not a hotel simply home it is in a residential area which is very dirty and inside 1 km from main road i am vety disappointed that mm t booking like this

It was good experienced to stay in shivoy suits, they upgraded and property is new, very neat and clean, staff and owner behviour are very friendly. Overall i recoment 5 star rating

Our stay at this hotel was the worst ever experience! room was dirty, ill furnished, washroom was inadequate with no hot water or wash basin! my rating for this hotel is 1.

The room was comfortable and immaculate. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect. Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Also a special thanks to nitin and dulare a staff member. Highly recommended here.

Stay in shiva suites was quite pleasant, i highly recommend this property it gives hotel as well home comfort in different down i was new to varanasi but i found very helpful l and friendly environment in hotel, best and key point is hotel owner and staff are very supportive.
