Stay is to good and staff behaviour is also good and kind but the manager (Kamakhaya Mishra) is not like that other staff he doesn't even know how to talk to a customer how to treat a customer very bad experience about manager

Excellent Stay
i recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. from the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with warm smiles and professional service. the check-in process was smooth and quick, and i was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. the room itself was spacious, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful view. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided — including high-speed wi-fi, a flat-screen tv, and complimentary toiletries made the stay even more convenient. what stood out most was the hospitality every staff member was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure i had everything i needed. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. i look forward to returning in the future!

Disappointing Experience with the Reception Staff
I recently stayed at your hotel ( The Pearl, Jamshedpur) and was quite disappointed with the behavior of the male receptionist on duty. He had no sense of basic courtesy and spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner, not only to me but also to my wife. His attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone in the hospitality industry. As a guest, I expect to be treated with politeness and respect, which unfortunately was lacking during our visit. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and provides the necessary training or action to ensure this doesn't happen with other guests in the future.

The experience was pleasant, the manager and the hotel staff also had a helping nature elevating the experience of the stay. The premium rooms are great for a comfortable stay with all the amenities available.

familyHotel rooms were okay. Food was good. Service was extremely slow. Receptionist was not helpful while checking out, we had to take our entire luggage till basement parking by ourself.

Terrible Stay
I have been a regular guest at this place but the last trip made me feel annoyed as they did not allow my guests late in the evening to stay for an hour or two as they couldn’t book any other. Even after convincing them that they would leave when they have found a place, they did not allow them which was annoying.

Average Stay
The hotel staff especially the reception staff can be more co operative amd supportive. Plus the breakfast ala carte is not at all acceptable. The options for complementry breakfast is very limited and not at all acceptable based on the charge which the hotel takes additionally in the name of free/complimentary breakfast. Plus i found hairs in hot water kettle before i was going to use the same for boiling water for coffee. This shows that the hotel and it's staff are not giving due importance to the upkeep and proper cleanliness of the room and facilities provided to the customers. Although the overall ambience of the hotel seems good, but when it came to the real things which actually matters, the hotel disappointed me. Allot of scope is there for improvement. That's why rating it as average stay.

The stay was very nice but faced some issue regarding the first room which was given the ac was not working, not able to connect tv to wifi, fan was slow bedsheet was dirty but after a while they changed the room then it got better. I think before handing over the room they should check these things.
