The property is at a nice location and the food is good and so is the restaurant verandah. The bathtub in the room is nice and deep and the sanitaries provided are of very good quality.

It was very bad experience with The park Hyderabad hotel, I got stucked in lift for 25 min. The lift alarm was not working. I got suffocated badly, and there was no network for make calls. That was very bad experience in my life. They don't have direct lift for 8th floor, you have change it on third floor. And in the room light switchs was not working properly, In bathroom shower tab was not working. Bath tub was not clean. Very bad experience, really

location was good , but food was average but amenities need lot of maintenance and even the slippers provided can be worn on room, no iron or iron board in room . tea coffee in room doesn't provide a sugar free sweetener either

Decent Stay!

Wonderful experience. To my surprise, I was given an upgrade to the Suite by JAYA who was very humble and welcoming during my check-in. Also, not to forget that ASHWIN helped me extend the check-out timings. Thanks to both JAYA and ASHWIN for making this stay wonderful.

Below 3 Star Experience .
Except for the good location and decent construction, almost everything else was far below 5-star standards. 1. Reception & Ambience: Both Ground and 3rd Floor reception areas lack the feel of a premium hotel. 2. Housekeeping: Extremely poor. On Day 1 only one towel for two guests, and basic amenities like dairy creamers were either missing or inconsistent. 3. Breakfast: Counters were never refilled on time, tables not cleared promptly, and the spread itself lacked quality. Shockingly, a dish labeled dairy turned out to be non-vegetarian — not just careless, but disastrous. 4. Guest Support: At checkout, no staff was available to help with luggage. My wife (70, with a walking stick) and I (72) had to pull four bags ourselves from the 5th floor to reception and then down to the ground floor. 5. Special Request: A simple birthday cake-cutting for my wife’s 70th in the restaurant was refused and allowed only inside the room. Having stayed at The Park Kolkata earlier with a far better experience, I regret trying The Park Hyderabad. This property simply does not deserve its 5-star rating — several 3-star hotels deliver better hospitality.

I was entitled to several benefits such as late checkout and welcome drinks, but unfortunately, none of these were provided. The service was average in terms of response, and the room was not as spacious as expected for the rate charged. Other than that, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall

It was a pleasant stay at the park, and the staff support was awesome, nothing to worry about. at last we can say it was a great stay, with great staff and a great hotel. Especially the staff at the reception Miss Swati and mr Faiz was of great help and supportive.

Park is one of our best places to stay, the quality of food and ambience is very good, especially Aqua and Kismet are the best experiences......and the Complimentary food and drinks at Sicca bar is too good...overall had a nice stay

Terrible Stay
Rooms were not cleaned properly, there were cigarette packets which was laying at floor. Bath tub was not proper, switches were not functioning properly I had to just sit beside it and should hold it. The behavior of hotel staff when asked for cleaning the room they said call up house keeping and house keeping did nt turn up. People were roaming in the corridor with lot of noise and when complained not even responded for the same. This is the worst hotel to stay when u are on business trip. Food was very bad specially they charge so high but quantity was very bad.
