Reception person was good and attentive at 2 am in night also. Rooms were clean and AC was perfectly working. Washrooms can be better but still they good enough for the price. In total stay and staff was good..

Staff and room service not good. Lighting system not good.

very bad, The restaurant was very bad with no maintenance hygiene. i will come again and the staff also care less, The room is also bad and there is no service given by the hotel staff.

Very good hotel near to the airport , metro and highway. At this budget its very good. Breakfast choices were good. Neat and clean hotel. staffs were very co-operative and professional.

Hotel and it's service is too bad. How come make my trip register such kind of silly hotels. No proper mattress, no buckets & mugs at bathroom. Even no towel is there. Very very poor service. For early check in they were asking more 30% extr amount of the same. Kindly stop such kind of foolish practices. .

located at city centre. very convenient to go any part of city. Cleanliness to be improved. courteous behaviour of staff. amenities ok. Located at city centre. Staff very friendly. Food good. But room cleaning to be improved. Changing of Towels and bed spreads to be done daily. Drinking water also not supplied daily.

*disappointing stay at the onyx, nagpur* i recently had the misfortune of staying at the onyx in nagpur, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms, unfortunately, were not clean and well-maintained. To my horror, i found cockroaches in both the bathroom and the room itself. The hotel's housekeeping clearly needs improvement. Considering the hotel's rating and pricing, i expected a much better experience. *rating* 1/5 stars *recommendation* until the hotel improves its cleanliness and housekeeping, i would advise travelers to explore other options in nagpur.

Very good stay nice ambience and kitchen had great stay also nice food we enjoyed rooms are tiny but very clean

As per room rent hotel is not good, breakfast started at 8:30 after several follow up. Need to start at at least 8

Breakfast is not on time, room amenities are not proper. The best part is hotel is good connected to road, near the airport and has an avg price as compared to other hotels in near by area.

Hotel is having everything for OYO standard. But nothing is good when you stay. Bed is very uncomfortable and it srarts swinging taking side. Mattress is so bad that you will feel discomfort whole night. Pillows are of terrific condition. I couldn't sleep whole night. Bathroom is too small but working okay. AC & geisers are working right now. Employees are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is having limited options. Boiled eggs are there but if you want omelette then you have to pay extra.

The room was so compact, no toiletries kept in the bathroom. When i asked for hair oil they rudely answered. This property is not worth for money we paid. This is a just below avarage hotel paying for premium because this is very near to airport, nothing else very poor quality. Dontn stay by mistake also

This property is not for women if you are travel-ling for business. Location wise very close to the airport. Amenities and services not up to the mark. Looks very shamby.

Comfortable rooms and nice stay. Good housekeeping nice breakfast only need improvement in toiletries supply. Please make some brush or paste for the guests

I had booked this stay from dc 21 - dc 23 - 2 nights. The room allocated was on the ground floor. The floor was barely cleaned, the toilet was also uncleaned. The room was missing basic amenities - good quality towels, tissues papers, basic toiletries. The overall experience was barely any good. I checked out in a day and did not sleep even a night in there due to its untidy room.

The room was too small. The door was flimsy. The guy at the reception kept on playing loud movies till late night. I had to ask him to turn the volume down. Just not worth it.

Very basic property with below average room service and other amenities, only good part is the location i. E. Close to the airport.

Overall stay was good; however improvements required in terms of cleanliness, service. Early check in was not possible because the house keeping team comes late location wise excellent however improvement points need to work on
