it's very horrible experience, they have power issues. I booked a room for a day and same day I have driven 14 hour, I asked the reception person I hope you don't have any power issues he told me that don't worry we have power backup. but the power backup is only for fan not for ac and fan location is far from bedroom also fan max speed is 2. Entire night ne and family not sleeping because of unorganised. whole night I am taking following up for issues. such horrible experience, not recommended..

Title: Great Stay at The Oaks Comforts, Hubli – Highly Recommended I had a very pleasant stay at The Oaks Comforts in Hubli. The location is excellent – you can literally get off the bus right in front of the hotel when traveling towards the New Bus Stand. It’s also just a 10-minute walk from the Passport Office, which was very convenient for me. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a premium feel. The air conditioning worked well, and despite the hotel being right next to the main road, there was zero traffic noise – the soundproofing is impressive. Wi-Fi was stable and reliable throughout my stay. Service was smooth and efficient. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. Food from their affiliated restaurant was delicious, with generous portions and reasonable pricing. However, do note that it takes about 30–45 minutes to be delivered since the kitchen isn’t in-house. Tea and coffee are on the pricier side compared to the rest of the menu. Getting to the New Bus Stand is also easy – ₹10 by share auto or ₹50–60 by regular auto. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Oaks Comforts for anyone visiting Hubli, especially for passport-related work or a comfortable transit stay.

Overall good and cleaned rooms within mid budget. Reception staff is also very good and polite also. There is one demerit which is non availability of restaurant. But overall good for stay.

Had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The location is close to railway station. The staff were friendly.

Room, space, location all good. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were a friendly and helpful.

They said for there are different rules of early check in and for different rules . As I was booking for early checking they charged me 1000 extra

Stayed one night. The room was neatly furnished and well equipped. It had a coffee maker and a balcony. The room was well maintained and neat. Car parking was available. Only downside is there being no restaurant attached. So you have to get everything from outside. Location is fine, though traffic noise is quite heavy and does seep through. Otherwise cosy and comfortable

It was a good stay, we stayed for 3 nights. Location is good, it has indoor parking for 4 wheeler and rented scooty as well. Breakfast has a wide spread with live counters. Cost of food is on the higher side.

The rooms are okay and costs are are on higher side. The extra bed was even costly and was not that comfortable. Overall it was okay stay and not much amenities in hotel.

I ll stop booking the oaks comfort for my future booking, have terrible experience on early check-in charges that are all time high and demanded and being on a business trip we felt charges are very high and not recommended to any Traveller to book this hotel.

They charge additional for early check in if you do booking. If you directly walk in they don't charge anything extra. Hotel manager is very rude.

Location is convenient from an access perspective. The stay was very comfortable and the credit goes to very helpful staff at the reception (vishal and kiran. Room was clean with clean linen, clean washroom. Amenities were sufficiently available. Room service was also very quick and efficient. We had no issues during our check out too.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception, vehicle parking space available, clean and well maintained rooms, easy check-in/check out. Unfortunately, no inhouse restaurant, breakfast, dining facility. Very good connectivity with airport and railway station and bus stop. Overall value for money for short stays.

I selected this property based on reviews for a night halt with my family. It was a pleasant surprise to get a courtesy call from the hotel while i was driving to hubli and got delayed. The stay was comfortable. Parking is in basement. Towels could be better and replaced with new ones.
