Stayed one night, but the location is good. The food is excellent, and services and amenities are good. we like the hotel

Room was horrible not clean and ambiance was worst dint like at all. Every time I used to book lakeside this time i got old building just hate the stay

It’s one of the worst experiences, don’t give respect to customers, staff was not polite, using falls allegation on respected, customers, try don’t to go and waste your valuable time and money. Gate was broken and put blame on customers to mint money.

Staff was very nice and cooperative. It was nice to have the stayed at naveen with my toddler and the room and clean and good and had a balcony with a good vibe ew food was good but it could be delivered a bit faster since i was with my kid.

The location and view facing the lake gives an excellent view. The breakfast at the lakeside restaurant facing the lake gives an ideal start for the day, which has a decent spread of both veg and non veg.

Calm ambience, room was tidy and the lake view from the balcony is mesmerizing good place for a short stay, worth the price.

Naveen residency is a nice hotel in hubli. Location and food is very good, overall it is a good place to stay in hubli.

Naveen residency is my go-to place whenever i'm in hubli. The serene, sprawling campus feels like a retreat, making it easy to maintain my health and fitness routine even while traveling. Jogging by the beautiful unkal lake is a highlight, and the well-equipped gym is perfect for a guilt-free workout. The spa offers fantastic services, and the food is delicious. The staff is well-trained and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in hubli.

Room, service and food is very good easy access breakfast needs more options staff is friendly toilets were clean overall stay was very good.

The room provided was surrounded by large number of insects in the evening. It's next to impossible to come out. Not happy with this inconvenience.

Excellent. I must say. Very very very good stay at an affordable cost. Unkal lake park just near the hotel & lake view from the balcony looks amazing. The staff's behaviour is nice. Rooms are good & well cleaned & well maintained. Food is good but a little bit expensive but it's ok. If you visit hubballi this is perfect for you. Highly recommend.
