Review Of HOTEL TARA EMERALD

BED- BUGS!!! I had a very important exam the next morning but I couldn’t get sleep because of bed bugs. They changed the room soon after I complaint at around 1:30am . Washrooms were stinking and water gun wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t helpful or apologetic about our matter us regarding bed bug infestation. Poor maintenance. Overall worst experience!!!

The bedsheets were not clean. Guests could not sleep for the whole night. Very disappointing. Not tidy. Money waste.

it equal to stay other star hotel.staff hospitality was good. over all it is satisfactory food quality was good.keep security at car parking. Comfort, clean.wellmaintained good service.near highway good space for parking.good food.overall good

Worst experience at Tara, toxic- no clean towels & blankets.. I never recommend to anyone .. no clean

Clean rooms and great room service

The food and amenities were good.Daily cleaning and add on breakfast is also available. Restaurant attached hotel in 4th floor.Locataed on gokul road.

Had reached the hotel at 12am, was made to change three rooms since the ACs were not working. The images shown DONOT match the actual room, as the floor wasn't clean, the ceiling was broken in the washroom, and the shower was damaged. Very disappointed on how the room was very different from the images shown here

Earlier it was Good and i taught the same and booked, I came after a long drive to take some rest but I hardly slept for 2 hr because of Bed Bugs, Toilets are not in Good condition, Not worth paying so much price.

Worest reception person amd not know speak with customer,worst behaviour while taking ,not provide the saving kit and comb room is bad smale

Room is cleant but bedsheet,pillow is yellow..terrible food...Taste was like one day before meal we had take..AC was not working,full night I face the problem

Came to attend a wedding and stay was so good. Good place to stay and was able to explore places and commutation was not a issue at all

1) room was clean but some bug and insects were in room 2) due to rain in that area , water leakage problem in corridor

Stayed here for a night, 2 rooms. Parking space was not proper, rooms were not clean. Not worth for the price..
