Review Of Cubix Hotel

The beds and towels were not clean , all of them had spots , service was good , ac was not working. For the price paid it was definitely not worth it.. Expected it to be more tidy and perfect.

The rooms were old. First room had broken TV and non working flush. So we got our room changed. It had poor flooring and TV remote batteries were never replaced after taking away the remote. The restaurant was working only in room service mode which was never told to us.. basically breakfast was sent to the room after we visited the restaurant to understand that it is not having a buffet breakfast. The floor lobby has strong smell of smoking. Overall just subpar experience.

Hotel is super nice and at a good location! I was here to meet my loved one and it was really great it's a nice play to stay

Good but for 1 hour Delay for check out they taking 2000 rupee it’s Too expensive and room was not clean properly hairs are in bed but still I not complain… and breakfast is good

Hotel rooms look great & comfortable but worst service to the core. 209 room no. No tv, no wifi, stayed for 2 days. No drinking water. After several requests next day evening water provided, request to clean the room not cleaned for 2 days. No towel changed. Having an unprofessional team.

It is well constructed and well designed hotel with all necessary amenities. It is located in a decent location in the city too. But, it is managed so unprofessionally and the people in the reception and restaurants are too raw and does not seem to be experienced in hotel management. Though the breakfast was complementary, the spread was very limited and very cold . No one was there is assist the guests.

Very very poor experience, too much mosquitoes, and smells towel, poor service, no body for room service and tv also not working, terrible experience.

Hotel room was good, but staff and house keeping service was not good at all. Breakfast served was not fresh an d items were too less with little quantity. And we had to wait for 15 mins to get the breakfast as it was not ready when we reached hotel restaurant.

The rooms are nice but the quality of room service and food is worse.
