We stayed at J.P. fortune park Mysore and based on that experience I booked ITC hotel at Hubli. But experience was not at par with similar chain hotel at Mysore. Hubli people needs to improve lot. Lack of professionalism and facilities is main issue. Main thing I want to mention that the premises are not disable friendly, no rest room for drivers. Rates are higher that better hotel at Mysore and behavior of staff is immature with guests. Lot of scope for improvement

The stay was very comfortable. Our flight was at 8 am and hence they obliged and gave us a mini breakfast in the hotel itself (sandwitch, muffins, french fries and tea). Mr Balaji took special interest in arranging this. Our thanks to him. Airport is just opposite to this hotel which is very convenient . The Dinner was also very tasty and value for money.

Good and convenient stay in hubli

The location of the hotel is just opposite to the airport, its just 5 min walk from the property. The property is well kept, rooms are quite big and the staff is also courteous. Infant they offered me to pack breakfast as my flight was early in the morning. Appreciate the gesture

Stay was comfortable but we have issues with Night shift duty managers who are very casual in their approach while addressing issues garbage piled up in the basement parking. Power changeover takes time when the power shits down. There is scope of improvement and it should be addressed immediately.

Our stay was comfortable but there are issues with staff not being proactive. Valet parking staff are missing or they direct us to park the car in the basement and you find staff in the basement with mobile phones. They need to improve a lot. I happened to check in again today and they don't recognize guests. The night duty manager is very casual in his approach when I again asked him about valet parking. I feel that they have a long way to go to keep up their standards. Thank you
