hotel is good but phone & tv line not connected in room.service is good.staff behaviour is good. Property is good, location is nice, facility average.all good & happy to stay.enjoy to trip.😊👍

Hotel is situated in very busy market area, room are below average. No amenity, avoid it if possible.

The rooms are not clean and i had to ask to change the bed sheet. The bathroom also needed repairing. And towards the end of stay when you check out and pay for food, they make you pay a lot extra than the actual bill. My total for food was somewhere around 2k but they made me pay 3. 2k for food saying they have added taxes and even their calculator had a flaw, it was calculating all the wrong numbers so when i asked them to check the bill again, they used that calculator to show me it was all okay. If they had asked for a tip, i would have happily given it to them, but is it the way you treat your customers? at least be truthful to your guest, it will only increase your own goodwill!

Reasonable prices, good food, beautiful cafe

Enjoyed a lot, the hotel staff gave us a speaker to chill that was all we need, israeli food was so great. We are coming back again soon. Full power 24 hour

Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, their cafe and food was like a cherry on the top.

It's not worth for a couple. No basic amenties, no proper lock on a door. Location was basic.
