Average Stay
This is to apprise the stay is overall good. However one thing happen at checkout time that make our stay experience a hitter , their staff claim that they have told us at time of check in that they has provided as with non smoking room however they have not told us anything it's a lie...they also claim they can show us CCTV footage of telling us not to smoke when we asked to do so they refrain and turn the thing that they writing it down in room as well. They have charged us with breakage charge of 1000. It's very disheartened to see such staff lieing with such dignity.

Excellent Stay
Overall, It was a wonderful experience. I like the way staff treat their guests. Food quality was good. Just one thing I was little upset about is their check-in timing. It was around 2:00pm. We have to wait outside for a while.

Good Stay
The location , food and service was good The only thing that felt off was that as we did not have complimentary breakfast , everyday the service staff reminded me that it will be paid. Once told at the beggining , it need not be reminded at every meal. Otherwise it was great stay.

We’ve had a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast offers a wide range of choice for both European and Indian visitors. The food and service in the roof-top restaurant are excellent. Terrible Stay
The over all experience was not at all good. The bed are very uncomfortable. Not proper management. Veg option at breakfast was not at proper. Only 1-2 options were there. Very slow service. Food came after 1 hour. Very bad experience
