Review Of THE GRAND UTSAV MOTEL & CHATORI RESTURENT

The service of this hotel is very bad. I don't know how to talk to all the hotel staff. No one is receiving calls when I call on reception. The bedroom is also very bad.

I recently stayed at your grand utsav motel in jaunpur U.P and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. I had booked a Super Deluxe Room, but the room provided to me had fungus all over the walls. When I requested a change, I was informed that no other rooms were available and I was shifted to a single room instead, which was not as per my booking. In addition to this: • The hotel staff informed me that after 10 PM no assistance is available, which caused inconvenience. • When I returned late at night and requested a room change again, I was told that it could only be done during the day. • The utensils and bottles in my room were not cleared by the staff. I had to manage it myself due to unavailability of service. • The food quality was average, though acceptable. I believe these issues should be addressed and service standards improved for future guests. Please ensure that proper housekeeping, room quality, and staff availability are maintained as per the promised standards. Thank you,

Review for Utsav Motel - Loc of hotel is prime, just in heart of Jaunpur city however very poorly managed - ⁠they have their own restaurant in property If rating can be given in minus i will give minus rating to this hotel. Following are the observations which reflect poorly management of the hotel - Caused inconvenience during check-in - took around 25 mins at reception - ⁠I had selected one large king size bed but two separate single beds were placed - ⁠No trained staff at hotel some ladies were hired from local village - ⁠Room was dirty and stinking - ⁠Chair placed was torn - ⁠no toiletries placed in bathroom - Overall state of hotel is pathetic, on conveying these points on reception he showed a disinterested look in even listening. Humble request hotel should not be shown in recomended list of hotels at Jaunpur

The best place to stay at jaunpur. Mr anand upadhyay took great care of us

The stay at "The Grand Utsav Motel, Jaunpur " was not so good. Property is situated at very prominent place but maintinance is very poor. Food served is also so so. Drinking water supplied in hotel is chargable , no complementary bottle like others. Overall cleanliness in Rooms is also very average. I don't like stay, rather disappointed.

The room's condition is not upto the desired standards. Pan spitting on all corners can be seen. The cleaners need to be emploted who can ckean the area where guests stay. The bathrooms and toilet seats need complete overhaul. Overall of average quality and standards.

Very good property, very humble staff but very basic facilities. No cattle, no tea/coffee maker. No slipper's/ no dental kit. Only towel, soap and sampoo and conditioner were provided.

The stay was okay. There was no water in the hotel. Rest all good.

It was below average experience. Room tariff was exorbitant. Hotel was severely understaffed. Hygiene and cleanliness was the biggest issue.

A/c was not working, tv was on but without any active channel, towel was not proper and worst services provided by hotel team

Beautiful place to stay with great location, clean rooms and friendly staff & the staff is doing great service.
