Complementary Breakfast which was included in Package was very bad. Food was not coocked and in food I got hair also and the same food if paid was very good. Please do the same.

Nice and typical villages vibes inside the room. I appreciate the interior of the hotel room, it's concept, the detailing of the crafts and work. The resturent though have limited options but like their preparations. Ideal for a family for a couple of days stay in varanasi.

This hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms, at a convenient location, with easy access to transport options. The staff were quite attentive and prompt. The food was home-cooked and delicious. My fave part was that this hotel is in a peaceful area. Will surely visit again.

The rooms were really comfortable and clean, support staff was really helpful regarding everything needed for the stay. Very near to the railway station. The food at restaurant was also very good. Best part of the stay was interior of the room and spacious rooms. Would definitely plan to stay again at the hotel and would definitely recommend as well.

Entrance is very dangerous as it is slopy, my mom tripped n fell, god saved her from major injury. Food was pathetic and staff service was not at all prompt. Overall very bad experience

Nice rooms, very good food, service was also good. Staff was very polite and would address your needs. Rooms were clean and aesthetic. Location is a bit congested but easily approachable. They have parking available as well. I really enjoyed my stay at nilayam kutir

The stay was overall nice though there were a lot of noises as some kitty party was continually going for 2-3 days the staff was cooperative and the rooms were also very spacious with all the amenities. I would highly recommend it
