Review Of The Grand Royal Hotel

Everything is good I am happy with the facility of the hotel and The food Test of the restaurant is too Good ( Chicken rasa) I love it.

despite repeated requests, reception staff delayed the check-in for no reason, granted check-in after intervention by MMT customer care. hotel is good, looks brand new and value for money. but I would again remind that staff behaviour was very rude.

Overall good experience with one night stay. this is new premises. Rooms are very clean and interior is also fine. Staff were coperative and their behaviour is good.Got the information about this property from MMT. Contact no of this property is not mentioned in google which create some doubt about management. I have given this feedback in front desk.
