Hotel does not have any parking area, they keep the vehicles infront of the road, though they say that they have watchmen 3-4. I kept my vehicle and i found next day a big scratch on my car front door. I would request people who have car please avoid this hotel.....

All good, but i noticed one thing there was no dental and saving ket at super delax room. As per rece. They will provide on demands. Which was very disappointing so i am requesting to the management pls provide auto mode.

It was good stay in swarg exotica, everything was clean, the room looked real nice and the food was good as well. Staff was polite and were attentive all the needs were taken care quickly both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall it was a good experience.

The hotel is not equipped we checked in at 7:15 pm, my colleague and i in separate rooms. There was no running hot water, in the evening or through the night. Next morning we had to be ready by 8 am and despite my request by personally visiting the front desk at 6:20 am and 6:55 am no running hot water was available. I understand it only started from 7:40 am from my colleague but i had showered by then. Hotel is old and needs renovation. Only the restaurant is modern and recently updated.
