We had booked for 3 days including the holi holidays. During the booking or even after check in we were not informed that their entire staff is on leave on holi. Their kitchen and room service was closed and we could not even get tea. We did an early checkout and left.

Behavior issue of manager. Night shift. Manager denied food bill on date actual bill was not provided. Service was good. Staff behavior was also good. Food quality nice.
