Reasonable budget hotel

We booked for one night. First room full with mosquitoes, and fan not working. After asking twice they gave us other room. This room was better and cleaner. But one light not working and from outside anyone can look inside. Not too dirty, but not clean also. For budget it's fine. Service is awful. Have to ask everything at least three times.

Hotel is located on good location and well connected to main road. 10 to 15 minutes distance from Railway station and Bus Station. Rooms are average. AC and TV facility is there. Hot water was not available. Basically it was a party or banquet type hotel.
