Hotel The Park

The experience at Da Park Hotel was very disappointing. The amenities that were shown were not actually available. The room only had a fridge—there was no Wi-Fi, no room service, no waiters, and almost no staff. Because of Diwali, most of the staff were on leave, which made things very difficult. This was the first time I faced such an experience.

Very bad room and I cleaned bathroom and very bad smell in room

The only good point about the hotel is, it is the nearest to the Bird sanctuary entry gate. But there were too many negatives like the room hygiene was not good. Rooms were very smelly. Rooms window were not sealed tight. Lizards can be seen on the bed. We had a very bad experience with the bathroom water . It had extremely pungent smell like it is coming from sewer . We changed the room, the same smell was there in the water. We asked the staff to go and check overhead water tank . We kept the water running for more than an hour but it didnt go off. But by mid night when water completely changed then it got ok.

There is no water and the prices are high so the prices should be less. The service is not good and useful

wifi was not working TV was not working dirty patches on room floor walls and kitchen floor tiles. on last day of my visit water was given on washrooms taps shower etc. Now I am sick. nobody was listening, I had to call many times for services.

room cleaning, spots on linen, necessary item i.e. soap, was not provided. staff were entering the room without permission. water bottle were not provided while check in. staff was not much supportive.

Room was decent and washroom was little bit old but ok.

worst service..water was falling in the AC ...electricity issue was these and hotel staff was not cooperative

Food and location are good,staff is co operative but room cleaning was not upto the mark and floor is not untidy.

Quite pleasant.The property is located at prime location. Infrastructure is fine and foods & services are good.

It was a good stay and location of property is prime, walking distance from Kewladeo park.

Poor service, not able to handle corporate clientele. Staff has no clue of any thing. just running a chawl.Not recommended at all

While it’s a lovely property and very strategically located with the Bird Sanctuary being walking distance away, it is poorly maintained. The staff is laid back and unattentive. House keeping is not done regularly due to which the conditions of the rooms is unhygienic. It can be considered as an option if one doesn’t plan to stay in at the hotel a lot during one’s trip but make sure to check the rooms for cleanliness before paying for the same.

The stay was very nice as the staff was very very helpful and receptive to all our needs and made sure we had a comfortable stay

The stay was pleasant. The staff was responsive and attended to any requirements immediately. Location is excellent and food is good. Hope to enjoy their hospitality once again.

The room size is big but dumbness is there. the food is very bad in taste it's just a waste of money. The water supply is also not there in the room in the morning. So book at your own risk

Good location and pleaent stay.

Park hotel is located just opposite to KNP gate is very approachable. Rooms are big and spacious. Good parking space. However housekeeping may be looked into. It has its own banquet space and some people may find it troublesome due to ongoing function. If no functions happening its a good value for money hotel.
