Hotel Raj Palace

Room door not locking properly, geyser not starting. Had to call for assistance. Towel given was torn one.

Pro- very near to bird century. Staff is good. Cleanliness is ok. Service is ok. Cons- facility not good. No geyser, tv working. Food quantity and quality is not good.

This hotel offers a decent stay at a distance of 700 metre from bharatpur bird sanctuary which is also known as keoladeo national park. One of the demerits is the lack of restaurant there. You can order food and the hotel arrange it from nearby catering which will be a lagging process.

Careing and good parking happy to stay

Considering the price the hotel is good, breakfast was good, we recommend.

Room was clean, no other facilities. Hot water was also not available, good for overnight stay. Staff was polite.

Location is perfect on nh 24. Excellent for bird watchers who comes to keoladeo bird sanctuary. Very near by place.

Ideal location on the highway near the bharatpur bird sanctuary. Good food but slow service. Lobby area needs improvement in terms of looks and appearance.

It is kind of old building. The room was nice but not worth spending that much. Outside not clean. Breakfast of poor standard. People working there were nice. Online pictures are misleading. Its actually a marriage hall not for regular hotel customer. There was no hot water.

The hotel was unclean. There were power cuts in the early morning. The staff were careless not to switch on the generator even when requested. They asked me to manage with torch. There was no facility available in this hotel. It is as overall bad experience.

Service also good honour so polite i feel good

Room was very spacious but that did not put the air conditioning on stating it is still winter season.

Room was uncleaned, no toiletries, very unhygienic washroom, not worth for the charged cost, lighting in room was pathetic. Overall experience is not so good. 1/10.

All necessary arrangements were made. Personal care was given by the hotel staff

Awesome facility and services,

Everything from bed to washroom, linens to towels, everything was dirty. Utterly untidy. Insects all over in washroom. Strange smell. Bed sheets full of hair and dirt! Mosquitos! Some empty bottles above wardrobe, balloons inside. Never returning here again!

Good Location, food, service are all service good

This hotel services poor. No water geyser working and television. Bathroom is not clean.
