Review: Booking these so-called studio apartments was the worst . Everything is in pathetic condition—dirty, stinking rooms, filthy linen, broken AC, non-functional fan, no induction, and useless kettle. Maintenance is zero, hygiene is nonexistent. If there were negative stars, I’d give them. Don’t even think of booking this place, not even in your worst nightmare.

location is good but staffs behaviour is very rude... food service very very poor u order the food and wait atleast 3 to 4 hours..food quality is very very baad i suggest that no one come to this hotel waste of mon

Very disappointing stay. The contact person was upon arrival and assigned me an office staff room instead of a proper guest room. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the property resembled an OYO room, with the room itself looking more like a maintenance storage area. The fan was noisy and appeared to be loosely hanging. The AC remote was not working, and the RO water purifier was out of order. The bread toaster was rusty, and there was sugar and tea scattered inside the wardrobe. Additionally, I was disturbed late at night and early in the morning by staff asking for the room key and access card well before the standard checkout time.

Rooms are not good , there are seepage issues and paint issues in the room.

Very bad room service. No dental kit no comb provided by hotel. Dustbin is full of waste and smell very badly in room. No cleaning in room. Bedsheet, blanket are not clean and after ask staff no changment done. Very bad experience.

It's not a hotel it's a room manage by the flat owner. There is no hotel reception and no proper room service available. People who are managing the room, They will not allow us ever n 30 min for check out

Booked a studio apartment with high expectations, but all turned out in disappointment. If you are travel-ling for business purpose i don’t recommend this at all. All rooms taken by agents & they are renting under this brand.
