The property is conveniently located very close to the railway station, with easy access to conveyance. The rooms were quite spacious and equipped with all the required facilities. The services were really good, and the staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the food seemed a little overpriced, so we chose not to order. Overall, a pleasant experience with great hospitality.

This Hotel is the best. From being picked up from my Bus stop. Check in was smooth. Room was clean. Restaurant was great, Nice food, Waiters are very helpful and good positive attitude. On Check out I was dropped off to my bus. Best Hotel in Phagwara.

When i book hotel on make my trip, they said in this pack which you have booked, will give you complementary beer pints and choice of one glass of alchohal but all they gave us lemon soda over 4 calls

यहां पर रहना बहुत ही सुखद था। यहां का स्टाफ भी बहुत ही मिलनसार था। उनकी सेवाएं बहुत ही अच्छी थी। खाना भी बहुत बढ़िया था। अच्छी लोकेशन पर स्थित है।परन्तु गूगल मैप में इसकी लोकेशन गूगल मैप गलत बताता है। कुल मिलकर अनुभव अच्छा रहा।

Nice hospitality, good service, tasty food but little costly, one thing i dislike is room service people came in our absence without our knowledge, opened locked door and did room service but everything is ok, nothing was missing. Overall grand ambassador is good for stay.
