Quality and cleanliness are major issues there.

Hotel Royal plaza is located in beautiful surroundings and close to highway. Restaurant is good. Hotel room deluxe category in which we stayed was not upto mark. bathroom fittings were poor . flush was not working properly. Door bolt was not working . fan had a creaky noise. Sanitation however was good. At night Banquet hall noise was intolerable

Room size big to stay but samel in room like Seepage .

This is a very good hotel. The hotel staff is very nice and location view and food is great.

It is not a hotel to stay in, basically a marriage banquet wherein they have converted some space into hotel rooms but you cannot sleep or work in your room as there is dj all over the place couldn't sleep or work the whole night

Airconditioner system is not working properly. Rooms are heated. My stay was 4 days. Exterior and interior is ok.

Very bad experience. Room service is very poor. In such a high terrif of room there is no facility in room. Cleaning is also very poor. App hotel provide bad tea at 7. 00 am but they can't provide bed tea till 8. 15am

Cooperative staff, good food and break fast, clean rooms and good environment like garden and parking space and stay for drivers

My name is rahul bins i visited royal plaza hotel from 10 july to 11 july. I found that the the location of that hotel situated at perfect coordinates which seem very reasonable and the shivalik hill boasts the overall value of hotel.

No proper breakfast nothing in the rooms all rooms are the same no facilities in suite rooms also, pathetic service, they don't have comb in the whole hotel. No towels no slippers nothing

Room was spacious, very neat and clean. Perfect fit for family or any functions that needs to be organised.

Employee not attending the service also got wrong bill of my order

Ambiance was good, my room no. Was 5003, room phone was out of order, window ac was so noisy. Room required to maintain properly. Thanks

The hotel is 1 of the best 2 hotels i know in hoshiarpur. Never stayed here but i shall stay in the hotel from now onwards. Best value for money, ambience, landscaping etc stand out. Best in town

Stay was as well as home service and staff service is awesome.

The rooms are extra ordinary big size, clean to some extent but planed in a way even if someone walks in the gallery the noise comes in the rooms. There staff even speaks in the loud voice so couldn't sleep. The girl at reception is not at all trained and doesn't know how to handle customers in a professional way. The food was pretty bad. Since Hoshiarpur is a small Town so hardly many good options Around but still won't advise to stay here and spoil your night.
