The property has excellent location and your stay would be excellent too if you are prepared for cockroaches in your bathroom and terrible food which made us miss the complimentary breakfast.

Ac were not working untill 2.30am in the morning. Also they denied to change the room. Also the breakfast was the worst . No drinking water in thr room till 3 am. Lilly should maintain the decorum for the same

A very pleasant stay. Service was good and breakfast was on time. Everything was very nice and you could walk around feely.

Their service is so poor that we have to demand for everything and still they don't follow. The hotel staff is very unresponsive. They are just not concerned about the needs of the customers. On demanding anything, they take undue time and provide at their own will and convenience. The food quality is also not that good.

The hotel receptionist behaviour was not good. Room was in worst condition. They took extra charges for guest. Room was totally different that was shown in pictures. Bad experience ever

We had a great stay. Nice and polite staff. Good food. Spacious and clean rooms with good light and ventilation also. Good for families. Pool also there.

Kit was excellent stay at lily resort, value for money. Kids enjoyed swimming pool. However water of swimming pool was not proper clean, but it was ok and we enjoyed it. Loved to stay at property and we will make stay again

Not worth the amount they charge. Exhaust fan, lcd tv were not working, no hot water, no room service. It's not maintained, things don't work and building is very old. Definitely not worth the money they charge.

In this price range you will get better options. I think much better options. Because neither food was tasty nor service.

We loved the hotel. But needs new toilet system. My hand sprained while flushing. Hand faucet is must. Food is very good. Breakfast has limited choice. Needs renovation. The hotel is very very beautiful. Has great scopes.

It was overall good experience only ac plant was not working so we did not get bothered since we had split ac in the room which took time to coolant the room.

I stayed here on 26/5/23 night during journey from jammu to kasauli. Nice property n service. During morning time i visit the property n feel good.

The location is too peaceful which is far away from the city. The amenities and staff behaviour was also too good.
