    I booked a suite but found a normal room(even smaller) with a living room. I booked here for the 2nd time and the suite is even worse than the normal room. Go to the normal room instead.

    Stay at fern noida with family-12-13 aug 2024

    Property on th highway but exact location slightly confusing to find. The rooms were well cleaned & spacious. Room service was up to the mark. Hotel lobby is very congested & amenities like swimming pool, garden, gym, spa were missing. We have booked the night meal too & expecting the buffet at night but surprisingly there was no buffet because there were no any other person who came to restaurant to dine. They ask us to order anything in avl menu except the starters. Morning breakfast was good. Restaurant staff was also good & well behaved. Overall good but due to lack of amenities, the excitement was low.

    Rooms are stinky like someone has urinated, i stayed in so called premium room (408), ac stopped several time in night. Sound proofing is very poor. Room cleanliness is also at a low level. Its a disgust on the name of fern residency. No open-able window for fresh air, instead just sealed glass.
