    Very bad experience at the property. The room was stinking, and bathroom was very dirty and stinking. Also the receptionist was not responding properly. This property doesn’t feel like a 4star. Very bad experience. Not recommended to anybody.

    location is good, food is good , amenites to improve the bath room that is door is not closing , glass divider broken ,cuboard doors not closing ,T V is not working properly .As u wait for check in which takes about a hour no courtesy offered for welome drink ,water or tea or coffee.

    The hotel appears to be a bit aged and could benefit from better upkeep. The rooftop restaurant is presently not operational, and the regular dining area feels somewhat compact.     Terrible Stay

    We checked in at 11.30 PM and were alloted Room 806 , nit surprisingly the AC was not working. Though I had an advanced booking the hotel staff was not bothered to check the room. I had informed my late checkin over email which was not even acknowledged as a courtesy. Then we were shown a mezzanine floor room. This added. After having a heated argument we were allotted a suit room. This was not the end, after this we ordered food from 24 hrs side menu and not to our surprise food was not available. Then finally came in the F&B manager who managed the food for us that too after No staff or security was present to even take the luggage from the car or welcome the guest Not a recommendation

    This was my 2nd stay in 2 years, first time the property was good in terms of hygiene and service. This time my experience was opposite, we booked 2 rooms both the rooms no proper lights, bathroom was sinking, basin choking everytime, bed mattress wasn’t cleaned properly. Food was good but service is very poor, late even for Tea we had to Wait for 25-30 min room service or even in restaurant.
