AC not run properly room is very hot
The AC was not working at all, even after changing the room twice, it was not of any use, even the cleanliness was not proper and neither the TV was working, it went on after changing 3 set of boxes. There was no staff support in the service, we had to stay overnight but had to check out by evening. Service was given from 1 hour after food order.

Good hotel
Good hotel but lacks fooding options. Also the venue was quiet and empty so lacked many services.

5 star to property ambience, but 1 star for service, wifi not working, no hot water, landline not working, food is average with very limited options, if possible please avoid staying
