Our stay was unsatisfactory. Only location was very good. Rooms are below ordinary lodge. Nor even small table or teapoy was provided. No room service. Restaurant was not prepared to serve all menu items. Even tandoor was not working, which cut down many menu items. Very slow response from staff. Not worth recommending this resort to anybody.

Location was good. But hospitality n amenities was very poor. Food is expensive even quality not good. Not good for value for money.

The stay at the empyrean was terrible. The only exotic thing about the hotel is the name. The ac in the rooms wouldn't work in peak summer, there was no network, water supply was erratic. Least to say, one of the rooms smelled of sewer gas. The restaurant staff was arrogant. Fish served was stale. The hotel surroundings were filthy, loads of plastic waste dumped. And hotel staff was flinging empty bottles and food waste outside the compound walls. Zero waste management system. If possible i would have rated the stay as a harrowing experience with a negative rating score if available. Never ever book yoir stay at the empyrean. Views from the hotel room. Pls post these too

Property needs improvement, they charged us extra for early checkin even when rooms were vacant. Hospitality was 2/5 except 2 folks rest of the stafff need to be trained.

Good experience, nice food, good sea veiw, we enjoy lot need to book in advance, vehicle parking is also avilable.

I have booked my room at empyrean but my booking was rejected

The property is secluded and sea facing. The food is excellent. The only issue we faced was the rooms had cockroaches. Otherwise excellent.

Mistook it for a luxurious hotel. We were informed 3 hours before our check-in that our room is ready. But after we checked-in, they took 30 mins to fix the telephone, AC and TV. Telephone was fixed but not the AC and TV, and we had to spend the remaining 2 days with AC at 26 temp. The room was very basic, there were no tables, or water glasses, kettle to heat water. Just a cot, 2 chairs and a wardrobe. The cloth hanger in the bathroom was broken and the staff didn't even bother to fix it. The geyser is a tiny one which heats a mug full of water only. Room service is a bit lethargic, they took almost 45mins to give us empty glasses and plates. On the good side, location is amazing as it is at the tip of Malvan, and right on the sea shore. They provide some amazing food. Staff is very cordial and helpful.

Nice tasty food wifi working good service good but some one stolen my hunsband 30k watch. We checked location its showing hotel location but no was ready to give us back our watch. They said we didn't found. Keep your stuff safe.

After paying all the charges before check in they were asking for more money at the time of check out, so be careful while dealing with them. Not worth at all for 6k per night.
