there was no Hot water, to take shower, bed, and bedsheets were damaged may be very old, cockroaches in the room, bathroom not cleen

The property is all good. I have stayed there before as well, that's why I tried the same hotel again. All things are good.

Our experience was horrible. Bed sheet, blanket were not clean bathrooms infra was very bad, flush was not working etc etc.

Nice hotel in dehradoon in low price. The behaviour of owner is good and cooperative and the rooms was very neat and clean. Downtown is just 1 km far away to dehradoon station. You can stay in low price and get vey comfort and relaxious trip.
