However, during your time with us, no complaints were brought to our attention—in fact, you had expressed appreciation for the rooms to our caretaker. At that time, due to the festival holidays, I was out of town and therefore could not meet you personally. We have also noticed that the photo you uploaded does not appear to be from our guest house. We kindly request that you remove or update the photo to avoid any misunderstanding. Otherwise, we may need to take further steps regarding the wrongful representation of our property. Please know that our only aim is to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all our guests, and we take such matters seriously.
