this stay can be for bachelor's.. but nice and good time we had.. food is oily but tasty.. needs to improve food.. very good view and beach.. but only issue is with luggage transfer or car parking

The property is nice but the rooms does not share a balcony to the beach as shown in pictures. Property location is amazing but rooms need a bit work

1. Parking is not available at the property. You ll have to walk for 100m on sand carrying all languages. I requested someone to help me out, no one tuned up. 2. Food is expensive, eg. Lime soda 150 bucks. 3. Run by north indians no local knowledge about gokarna 4. Good rooms with attached batch room n hygiene

The only 2 good things about the resort was clean bathroom and good food. Some important cons: parking area is far and difficult to access. Difficult to carry luggage to the stay. Rooms are not clean. Bedspreads are bad. There are lots of cockroachs and other insects. No power back up. Only one charging point.

Good location and view for beach and good qualtied food. Ambience was good nice stay for the beach lovers

Nice host, clean room, nice place

The rooms are uncomfortable. Was unable to sleep. The rooms have no anenities. It did not have ac, but most importantly it did not have any ventilation. Not fit for human habitation.

The sea view is the only good thing. Its unfinished, uncomfortable minimally furnished, one charging point, doesn't have regular cleaning schedule. The staff while friendly are untrained in hospitality. Service is slow and poor. Not value for money. Wont ever recommended to friends

The property is not approachable by car. The rooms are like small godowns. The rooms were non-ac and without any ventilation. No place to keep your clothes. Cleanliness of the rooms very poor and uncomfortable rooms. View of the sea is very good, but very uncomfortable stay. The place is not safe for human habitation.

Located on gokarna main beach, the view from the property is amazing. The place is very aesthetic and the host is very friendly and helpful.
