The stay was good and the people were friendly there.

Great location and service

Our stay was above average, and we weren't disappointed. The room was a cottage-style setup, close to nature and just a step away from the beach, which we loved. However, the room felt like a heated oven even with a fan and water cooler, and unfortunately, there are no AC options. Being so close to nature, ants and bugs are expected, but they do provide a broom for self-cleaning. The food was surprisingly good — we especially enjoyed the veg noodles and gobi manchurian. Overall, it was a nice experience, perfect for those who enjoy rustic stays near the beach.

The stay was amazing, firstly the rooms were well maintained and it was hygiene. Coming to the ambience it was sooo cool place and it provides good food!! It is very near to the main beach in gokarna and the staffs are very helpful and friendly.. overall the stay was absolutely good and affordable.

Very friendly staff room is also good, food is very reasonable and very good, highly recommended.

The location of the property is excellent. You get a private beach experience at stone throw distance. The staff we interacted with very cooperative ( Bharat Gowda) . Overall a very good experience .

The ambiance and food was too good. Well they need to give faster service. The place is situated opposite to the beach.

The stay was good and the beach view is super. The beach is in walkable distance. The only thing they can improve is salt water.

Beach view was stunning, room service was good. Only issue is to reach the accommodation which is a challenge if you are traveling with the luggage. Nearly 300 to 400 meter we need to walk through the field and a narrow wooden bridge to reach the accommodation. Vehicle need to be parked away approximately 300 to 400 meters.

The entry to the stay was very tough i felt it was a mini adventure but the rest of everything was really good the staff was very supportive and the beach is just a minute far from this location

Awesome place on the beach, variety of foods available with proper taste. Though getting there is bit difficult as there are no road till the property, but once get there is best place for relaxing vacation.

Before booking this i have searched so many hotel in other platform but i found this in mm t and review & prize were good at very peak time at month of october. - room were good with attached bathroom. - good for family stay, i have little kid, good for couples as well. - view was very good beach is just 100- 150 mrter away, - peaceful & calmness environment, - 2. 5 to 3 km from ksrtc bus stand, room is also good - service was good, food was very good but little expensive but not that much. - you need to carry your luggage to hotel around 100- 150 meter as road doesn't go till hotel. Overall i found it is a good place to stay.

Rooms are for very reasonable rate with the sea view that makes you feel great. They hosted us well.

The location is very beautiful just infront of the sea with a clear view of the sea from the cafe.
