Review Of The Candolim Retreat GOA

Hotel looks good in the pictures only. Has swimming pool in back. I don't know about other rooms, but we stayed in 101 ground floor. Which looks like a store room while entering. But anyway had ac and good bed. We were four so we got extra matress and a bed cum sofa. Pricing is low. So as the looks. Switches are hanging outside, the night ee stayed was a all off night( no current hence no fan or ac working up-till 7am) because they don't behave backup facility. Rest price wise it's good. Just to sleep it's good for stags.

All booking like hotels, flights and cabs make my trip so easy to use. But with cab driver poor experience (demand for extra money).

They light issues, not as clean as shown in picture. They don't even have battery backup for entire hotel.

Good service, nice for family and friends to stay. Parking facilities ac facilities restaurant yet to start

The hotel was average, the bed was very bad, no cold water to drink, no towels, no room cleaning services. All over we can say the location was too good but the property was average.

Terrible experience and pathetic rooms. The blanket was dirty and with stains on it the toilet was very unhygienic, the flush was broken and there was used "things" on the toilet window.

Swimming pool was not clean and restaurant not working. Rooms were ok. As per budget it's ok but needs to be more clean

The property is good need to be well maintained in terms of new furniture/cleaning of spider web and replacement of flush for toilets. Sachin has been a good person in coordinating

One room was clean and big others two rooms were very small and not cleaned

The stay was good. Room was okay, just that old soda was there. Tube light switch was on the back of tv so always need to be careful while turning on/off. Swimming pool was good, clean. Did not found place to dry clothes.

The first thing i would like to point out would be that the villa was not at all according to the photos

Rooms were very unhygenic. No towels, no soap, bed sheets. Behavior of staff is also very rude. No food at restaurant, not even tea is available

Property is not clean staff is not appropriate and kitchen is not clean and very small and waste of money against 1500 per night

Excellent stay with good staff and other services good hotel in reasonable rate

Please don't book this hotel because it is not like the picture given the staff is also not good please i request you west your money

Very nice room. Check in process went very smoothly and room view was nice. Had a very short stay of 5 hours as i had a flight to catch back.

The hotel was reasonable 1500 for 4 persons but neatness was average and location is good near to candolim beach worth it if i say for 4 menbers

Very bad property. Unhygienic place. Blood spotted bedshits on bed. Washroom's smell in every corner of the property. Staff is very rude with customers. And just to get money from customers they have non-cancellation policy and make my trip also doesn't help you out for cancellation. When we tried to connect with make my trip for refund they told us we need approval from hotel management and after sometime they said that your approval has been declined by hotel management.

This place was not in the same condition as it was depicted in the pictures. Service was bad. Though this place is at a good location but will not recommend this one.

experience was not too good. The room pictures and amenities mentioned in the hotel description are poles apart. Also, staff was not professional at all.
