We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Harshida, TheChef, and Rajashree. Harshida was incredibly warm and attentive throughout, making sure we felt welcomed and well cared for. TheChef truly elevated the meal with dishes that were not only delicious but also beautifully presented — each bite was a delight. Rajashree ensured everything ran smoothly with great coordination and grace. Their teamwork and dedication made our visit memorable. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Aurum had beautiful penthouse n the view from all room to nature was breathtaking the hotel was situated by the side of river bank was giving glory to my eyes and mountain standing tall with lush of greenery surrounding the hotel view was amazing . Fantastic service at Restaurant Mrs.Harshita and team was exceptional. Mr. Srinivasan, Chef, went out of his way to prepare Jain Kadi (though it was not even in Menu) & Jain Kicheri . Rooms are spacious and the river view from room and restaurant was mind blowing. Thanks and keep it up.

Worst experience, worst Staff.

The Staff was not helpful at all, Our rooms were not ready at all when we reached there, waited for nearly an hour. While checking out, they asked us to wait for at least half an hour and then finally made a false accusation of smoking in the room(My father is a teetotaller) and asked us extra to pay extra Rs. 5600. When I told them, I am not going to pay that, their staff stopped me and dint let me go till I paid. I saw 2 staff members laughing in the corner. Trust me, It was a pathetic hotel and pathetic Staff. Minus rating for them.

The hotel is very well located very near yto Kukke Subramanya. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink with a tilak and aarti which is quite unique. We were given a twin room that helped our kids to be with us. While the rooms were getting ready we had our lunch. Food was tasty but high priced. The room has lovely ambience. Loved the swimming pool area with the river flowing below with a sitting area. Overall a great stay

hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are clean .food was good .the location is good. but it is a half hour walk to the temple.its about a 5-7 min drive to the temple.ambiance is very nice. the staff however is a little laid back and try ways to make a quick buck..the entice you to make an upgrade or try to charge u for items not used .so be a little cautious in that.
