Best experience, the staff was also good and easy check in check out…and was hygienic as well so overall loved the stay

It was good but little overpriced

they have their own rule 10am checkout time. they don't have tissue is the washroom.

check-in is not allowed even after confirmed booking

Very good location and well maintained hotel staff etc. I satya with my family, nice place for family and groups also

Bare minimum essentials provided, even toiletry kit had to be purchased extra from a nearby shop. My booking had complimentary breakfast but I had to pay for it and the reason told to me was that the kitchen is managed separately. And on the last day (27/10/2024) No Breakfast was provided as the kitchen did not receive call despite repeated attempts

Staff was very friendly and it was neat and clean.

Insects, and ants in room, dirty pillows, food service is very slow. Location of apartment is good, view is good but basic things needs to be upgrade

The room is quite good and spacious too the staff is also good the hotel is also in a prime location with the view of mussoorie hill the food was very excellent specially the north indian food was must try there are lot of options for food especially there are numbers of cafe's nearby which were must try and also had a lot of food options.
