Poor service and experience, hotel management not upto the mark, seems like they don’t care about their customers.

Very very bad service. Please cancel my entire breakfast complimentary breakfast. Very poor management, very poor service. Very very bad experience here. No any response person here. Behavior very bad. I pays all payment but here no service properly. First time for me dad experience

Poor Stay

We had booked for a 4 bed room to accommodate our family of 4 (2 kids) in the same room. But upon arrival we were told that it's not available and instead two separate rooms. We were very disappointed as we had two kids with us and it was not suitable for us. We also made full payment in advance as well. We got call twice before the check in time for confirm ing our arrival but not informed of this change. Also reception ppl were not even polite in informing this and it was quite rude to talk to ppl and they were already informed. Having travel-led from a long distance, we felt frustrated and had to adjust with it. Not a very pleasant experience!
