nice service, good behaviour, food is amazing, location rajendra nagar terminal, bhai sab kuch aacha hai

First of all room is very clean and well mannered decoration.cleaned bedsheet and pillow cover etc.and staff is also very well mannered and trained .and housekeeping is also good.they provided everything on time.

I had a very disappointing experience. Due to a delay, I reached the hotel late, and the staff had already given my room to someone else. Despite having a confirmed non-refundable booking, I was made to wait for 2 hours in the lobby with no proper support or alternative arrangement. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when the booking has been paid for in advance. Not recommended.

location is quite near to the bus drop location if you are coming from other city. Staffs are very helpful n Polite. Room is spacious and clean. Food is also nice but bit costlier, not much though. Hope to visit again soon ! 😊

It was not the same as it was mentioned in MMT. The sheets were dirty and room was not even worth 1000

The property loaction is good as per rajendra nagar terminal as its opp to it but experience was bad as i booked a deluxe room with qeen size bed for 3 people my mother my father and me but they said its not available while i reached and offered a 2* single bed instead and fod ordered was way to less as per price just waste

Staf behaviour is not good Hotel ka location Achcha Tha Lekin Wahan Ke Jo staff The Unka behaviour Bahut Bahut Ganda Tha na Room ka cleaning hota hai khana bhi achha nahi tha Jati overall Bhi nahin Tha

Location was okay. But there were no amenities in the room. No towels. No shampoo or soap. Nothing available in room as mentioned in the amenities. No hair drier. The room had window ac. You cannot completely close the curtains as well. The hotel charge is not worth the room facilities

Hotel conditions was terrible. They put dirty bedsheet and blankets were smelly. There was no toiletries, no towel, no dental kit, no soap. Bathroom was very dirty. Half lights in room not working.

Bed are not clean.
