Review Of SVR HOTEL & BANQUET

Room was old and there is no proper light in bathroom.No parking and staff behaviour is not up to the maek

Thanks for helping my sick grandmother. But the negative part was that there was too much smoking. No food was provided and the information conveyed late.

Hi it's Namita , I am a Trainer by profession and for that reason I had to travel a lot and need good hotel within my budget. SVR it's a average hotel , the price of hotel is too high as per the ambience and the service also not up to the mark, I asked for breakfast option they said idly will be fast but if I need Aloo Parathas then I had to wait for atleast half an hour, but when I said I will go with idly they took the same timing which then advice for Aloo Parathas and there is hardly any option in breakfast. they always took long time for room service. it's a humble request to the SVR hotel team kindly look into it coz everyone has a time to reach to the office I guess you guys also have some.

The staff is cooperative and supportive. Food & services are also good. Rooms are clean and hygienic.

First of all room is very clean and well mannered decoration.cleaned bedsheet and pillow cover etc.and staff is also very well mannered and trained .and housekeeping is also good.they provided everything on time.

I had a very disappointing experience. Due to a delay, I reached the hotel late, and the staff had already given my room to someone else. Despite having a confirmed non-refundable booking, I was made to wait for 2 hours in the lobby with no proper support or alternative arrangement. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when the booking has been paid for in advance. Not recommended.

location is quite near to the bus drop location if you are coming from other city. Staffs are very helpful n Polite. Room is spacious and clean. Food is also nice but bit costlier, not much though. Hope to visit again soon ! 😊

It was not the same as it was mentioned in MMT. The sheets were dirty and room was not even worth 1000

Great Location ,just opposite Rajendra Nagar terminal . Spacious neat n clean rooms , clean washrooms . Food is also good . Satisfied with service

hotel room are dirty smelling bad, bedsheet r dirty food is average , amenities r also not given which r written in mmt policy, service is also average. very bad experience.

The property loaction is good as per rajendra nagar terminal as its opp to it but experience was bad as i booked a deluxe room with qeen size bed for 3 people my mother my father and me but they said its not available while i reached and offered a 2* single bed instead and fod ordered was way to less as per price just waste

Staf behaviour is not good Hotel ka location Achcha Tha Lekin Wahan Ke Jo staff The Unka behaviour Bahut Bahut Ganda Tha na Room ka cleaning hota hai khana bhi achha nahi tha Jati overall Bhi nahin Tha

Hotel is at good location. Rooms are okay. But room alloted are not as per booking. Else recommended
